Membership Fees are non-refundable 14 days after purchase. Email refund request to olli@asu.edu.
- Annual memberships will be sold Jul 21 - Sep. 30, 2025. Annual members purchase one membership that includes classes and events for all three semesters (fall, spring and summer).
- Semester memberships are sold separately at the beginning of each of the three semesters (fall, spring and summer). Semester membership includes classes and events for the current semester only.
Class fees are non-refundable 48 hours after purchase. There will be no refunds for double-booking after 48 hours so please be sure to verify all class dates and times.
Class Change Requests:
If you need to drop a class for any reason please submit a detailed request to olli@asu.edu no less than two working days prior to the class start date. We do not offer refunds, but you may request to switch to another class in the current semester. The unused credit balances will be retained for use in the OLLI general fund.
Class Cancellation:
If a class is canceled by OLLI at ASU (due to low enrollment or instructor illness), we will notify you a minimum of 5 days prior to the start date (unless there is an emergency situation).
- The class status in "Account", "My Class List" will be updated to “canceled” and an email will be sent to you.
- Please acknowledge receipt of the email so no one shows up to a canceled class.
- The email offers a choice of a refund to your credit card, switch to another class or allowing the funds to be moved to OLLI’s general fund.
Class Waitlist:
If a class you would like to take is full, you may add your name to the waitlist. The shopping cart will show the price of the class but will not charge you at checkout. An OLLI program coordinator will contact you if a seat becomes available. Please do not attend the class you are on a waitlist for unless you have been contacted by a coordinator.
Please notify us if you are unable to attend a class so that we can offer a seat to the waitlist.
